Our regular shipping/handling fees for orders inthe 48 Continental United States are as follows: Please note that the fees are subject to change with the change in postage rates.
For orders total up to $19.99 the fee is $6.00
For orders from $20.00 to $49.99 the fee is $7.00
For orders from $50.00 to $69.99 the fee is $8.50
For orders from $70.00 to $89.99 the fee is $10.00
For orders from $90.00 to $124.99 the fee is $12.50
For orders from $125.00 to $174.99 the fee is $15.00
For orders from $175.00 to $224.99 the fee is $20.00
For orders from $225.00 to $324.99 the fee is $25.00
For orders of $325.00 or more the fee is $30.00
Delivery of Goods
We will endeavor to deliver your goods within 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the order. However, please allow at least 31 days from the date of order for your delivery. Special orders may take a little longer. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will contact our couriers on your behalf.
Return of Goods
We believe that you will be delighted with your goods, however, in the event of you feeling that it is necessary to return the goods we will keep the process as simple and professional as possible.
You can return your goods in their original condition to Ragganation Doll Creations, P. O. Box 674, Perris, California 92572 within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us, so it is our recommendation that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery.
If you return goods to us in their original condition within 14 days we will refund you for the full amount paid for the goods only. You will be responsible for the original delivery to you and the return postage.
If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is deemed to be our fault, we will refund all payments made to us and also pay for the return postage. In this instance please contact us by telephone at (951) 657-5405 and we will advise you how you should send the goods to us.
